Job Description: Our client is looking to find a nanny who is experienced, calm and nurturing. The role is a mixture of sole charge/shared care. The parents are keen for the nanny to become part of their family and feel comfortable working as a team. During term time the nanny would be expected to mainly care for the little girl whilst her brothers are at school. However the nanny would be expected to help with the school runs and assist with preparing the supper prior to finishing for the day. During the school holidays they are keen for the nanny to organise fun and stimulating activities for the children. The boys are sporty and love being outside playing football but also enjoy being creative and building Lego models or doing art activities at the table. Their little sister is almost walking and therefore now starting to enjoy her independence.  The boys currently attend swimming lessons, football class but they also hope to attend gymnastics and dance classes. The role would suit someone active who enjoys being outdoors, getting creative with activities and can provide a calm atmosphere in a busy household. Experience with similar aged children would be beneficial and someone who can provide a good balance of a gentle parenting approach alongside being firm when required. This is a lovely opportunity to become part of a busy family in a great location. Job requirements
