Job description Our client is looking for a lovely nanny to support their family from September. Their current nanny is finishing to go on maternity leave, therefore the position is for one year then it will be reviewed. Both parents work so the nanny will be required to be sole charge of the children. During term time the eldest attends full time at a local school and the youngest attends nursery two days per week. The nanny will be required to help with the school/nursery pick ups so a confident driver with own vehicle is essential. During the school holidays the nanny will be caring for both boys. They are happy, active and inquisitive children who enjoy the outdoors. The nanny must have a warm, fun personality with the ability to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment. The family lives in a beautiful location with plenty of fantastic areas to explore with the children. Standard nanny duties will be required, however a ‘muck in ‘attitude would be appreciated to help family life run smoothly. Hopefully there will be the opportunity for the successful candidate to shadow the current nanny to ensure a smooth handover can be provided.   • Minimum 2 years nanny experience required with similar aged children
  • Must be willing to attend a registration interview either in person or via online (to be discussed individually) to ensure all documents can be checked.
  • DBS Enhanced – on the update system or willing to update
  • Paediatric first aid training – valid or willing to update
  • Full valid driving license (driving record will be checked)
  • Valid Passport
  • Excellent checkable references from recent & current employment (minimum 2) who can be contacted immediately.
