Job Title: Permanent Nanny
Location: Village location near Taunton Somerset

Salary: Dependent on experience
Children: Boy aged 8 and Girl aged 2
Days/hours: Monday to Friday – 7:30am – 6:30pm

Job Description: Our client is looking to find a fun but highly organised to support their family. Both parents work full time, the mother works a mixture of from home and at the office and the father is works away.
The eldest child is at a local school full time and the youngest child attends nursery two days per week ( term time only). The nanny will be required to help with the morning routine and assist with the school/nursery runs. Whilst both children are away from the home there is a great opportunity for the nanny to carry out the standard nanny duties ( childrens laundry, cleaning/tidying all child related areas, preparing food). If the nanny was comfortable it would be great to provide the odd family meal if the parents are super busy.
During the school holidays the nanny will be required to care for both children and organise fun and stimulating activities for them. The eldest sometimes attends tennis camp but the parents are open to other options.
It is not essential but the parents would appreciate it if the nanny was happy to travel on the odd holiday with them. The main trip is skiing which they try to do once per year. Babysitting and overnight care would be required on an adhoc basis.
Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years nanny experience required with similar aged children.
- Must be willing to attend a registration interview either in person or via online (to be discussed individually) to ensure all documents can be checked.
- DBS Enhanced – on the update system or willing to update
- Paediatric first aid training – valid or willing to update
- Full valid driving license (driving record will be checked)
- Valid Passport
- Excellent checkable references from recent & current employment (minimum 2) who can be contacted immediately.
