Jess CaulfieldHaving always wanted to work with children, in 2006 I  attended Norland College to study and become a Norland Nanny. After 3 years of training followed by a degree in Early childhood studies I had officially qualified. It has been an amazing experience working for various families on a permanent and temporary basis, I love the positive effect a nanny can have on a family helping them raise their children assisting them with challenges along the way. Blossom nannies was set up because I’d reached a stage in my career where I wanted to play a more active role in finding suitable nannies for families with the help of my experience and knowledge from the past few years. From my training at Norland alongside my experience working as a Nanny for a variety of  families with the added bonus of becoming a Mother myself I feel fully equipped to understanding the needs of both the families and Nannies. My main objective is to guarantee that both the parents and nannies receive the best support to ensure a positive working relationship throughout the placement. Being a nanny is such a personal job that requires someone who not only loves looking after children but also is sensitive and emotionally aware of what a family needs, they have such an impact on a family’s life especially the children.  I hope to make sure that every nanny placed with Blossom Nannies can be happy and content with my help and support. Happy family and a happy nanny means happy children and that is the most important thing.
