This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Blossom Nannies Limited. We are required to notify you of this information, under data protection legislation.     Candidates<\/strong> \u2013 All the information we hold on our candidates is purely for legitimate
    \npurposes only to ensure we can process your application correctly and be put forward for
    \nany job position or for any additional service offered by us i.e. DBS check, First aid course.
    \nWe ensure that any of our candidate\u2019s data is not shared unless consent has been given. All<\/strong>
    \ncandidates\u2019 records are held securely for 5 years unless requested otherwise (Records will<\/strong>
    \nhave to be kept for any nannies that are currently in employment through Blossom<\/strong>
    \nNannies Limited until their employments ends)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Clients<\/strong> \u2013 All the information we hold on our Client\u2019s is purely for legitimate purposes only to
    \nensure we can provide a professional service and understand your requirements correctly.
    \nWe do not share any of our client\u2019s information unless prior consent has been given. Any
    \ndata of our clients that is no longer required is automatically deleted, however we keep any
    \nrecords of our Clients who currently employ Nannies through Blossom Nannies Limited,
    \nonce placement is finished your details are then removed unless requested otherwise by
    \nour clients (contact details, job descriptions, contracts etc) For HMRC purposes we must<\/strong>
    \nensure we keep records of all our invoices which have been sent to our clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Your rights to correct and access your information and to ask for it to be erased<\/h3>\n

    You also have the right to ask us for some but not all the information we hold and process to
    \nbe erased in certain circumstances. We will respond and provide you with further
    \ninformation about the right & information within 14 days if you ask for it.<\/p>\n
