Job 1
Days: 2-3 days per week ( flexible on what days)
Hours: 9am – 5pm
Duration: ASAP – December
Job 2
Days: 4-5 days per week
Hours: 9am – 5pm
Duration: Ongoing

- For job 2 – sufficient newborn experience is essential
- Car provided for work related duties
- No pets ( but have previously had dogs & cats so no allergies to either would probably be best)
Description
Our client is seeking a proactive, reliable, and caring nanny to support their family. They have one daughter, currently 19 months old, and are expecting another baby in January. As outlined above, there are two job specifications required for this role.
From September, the eldest will be attending a nearby nursery, and the family would appreciate the nanny’s support in helping her transition confidently into a new setting. They would like the nanny to focus fully on their daughter, ensuring she is stimulated and engaged throughout the day.
They would also value someone who is happy to prepare and batch‑cook nutritious meals. The role is predominantly sole charge, but it would suit a nanny who is comfortable working as part of a team with the mother when needed and who has a strong sense of initiative.
Candidate requirements ( or be willing to obtain)
- A minimum of 3 years experience working as a nanny
- Newborn experience essential from January
- Must be DBS Enhanced checked ( on the update service)
- 12 hour Paediatric first aid trained
- Confident driver
- Excellent checkable references from recent/current employment
